Claire Boston

President

Claire grew up in Tuscaloosa, Alabama and earned her degree in Economics from Vanderbilt University. Prior to coming to business school, she worked in wealth management as an analyst at J.P. Morgan Private Bank in Atlanta, GA. At Kenan-Flagler, Claire is a Forte Fellow and also serves as a Legacy Cup Captain. She will be based in Charlotte, NC this summer, interning with Deloitte in their Strategy & Operations practice. In her spare time, Claire loves taking dance classes, watching football, traveling and exploring Chapel Hill.

Francis De Groote

Executive VP

Francis is originally from Belgium and earned his Bachelor and Master degree in Commercial Engineering from the University of Leuven, Belgium. Before coming to business school he gained expertise in a range of industries such as CPG, commodity trade, and the chemical sector. Francis worked in leadership roles in various areas including supply chain, operations, and marketing and worked on business projects on six continents. At Kenan-Flagler, Francis is a Dean's Fellow, Digital Ambassador and he serves as the VP of Career for the International Business Association. Outside of school, Francis loves road trip traveling, finished a half triathlon and is a fan of Indian cuisine.

Parker Grayson

VP of Communications

Parker Grayson is originally from Fairfield, Connecticut. He graduated from Harvard University with a Bachelor’s degree in History. Before coming to UNC, he worked as an Investment & Portfolio Management Analyst at the NY Green Bank, a renewable energy investment fund.  At Kenan-Flagler, Parker is pursuing concentrations in Consulting and Finance, and serves as the Executive Vice President for the Sports & Entertainment Club. In his spare time, he enjoys playing Frisbee, cooking (much to his roommate’s dismay), rowing, and hiking.

Dayne Warshofsky

VP of Corporate Relations

Dayne is originally from Harriman, New York, and has spent most of his professional career in the Washington, DC area. He graduated from the University of Maryland, where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science and Policy. Before business school, Dayne worked in a variety of cross-functional roles at PepsiCo and most recently led sales and market strategy at a menswear start-up. At Kenan-Flagler, he is concentrating in Management Consulting and Marketing, as well as serving as a VCIC Fellow. Outside of work and school, Dayne enjoys road cycling, golf, and watching professional sports.

Rhian Carreker-Ford

VP of Diversity and Inclusion

Rhian is originally from Detroit, MI. He graduated from Fisk University in Nashville, TN in 2010 where he majored in Political Science and Psychology. Post undergrad, he joined the Peace Corps and served in Panama where he focused on health projects and community organizing. After 3 years in Panama, Rhian returned to the US and moved to San Francisco where he worked for the Immigration Service for 3 years. He is currently pursuing a dual-degree between the Sanford School of Public Policy at Duke where he is concentrating in International Development Policy & Global Policy and the Kenan-Flagler Business School where he is concentrating in Management Consulting and Operations Management. Rhian enjoys karaoke, board games and Chopped-style cooking challenges.

Michael Juan

VP of Finance

Michael grew up in Florham Park, NJ (home of the New York Jets practice facility and…now, Snooki – of Jersey Shore fame). He earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Rutgers University in New Brunswick. Prior to business school, Michael worked for the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, a federal banking regulatory agency, as an Associate National Bank Examiner in New York, NY. At Kenan-Flagler, he is concentrating in Consulting, and serves as an MBA Ambassador, Consortium Member, and Blue Cup Co-Lead. Outside of school, he enjoys cooking, baseball, basketball, soccer, and binge-watching sitcoms and medical dramas.

Arijeet Mukherjee

VP of International Experience

Arijeet is originally from West Bengal, India and received his bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering from National Institute of Technology, Durgapur. He worked as Operations Manager for Blast Furnace Operations at JSW Steel Ltd., India’s largest steel manufacturing firm. He had also ventured to start his own travel consultancy firm. At Kenan-Flagler, Arijeet is concentrating in Consulting and Operations. In his free time, he enjoys watching soccer and follows Liverpool F.C. closely. An avid traveler, Arijeet also like to visit new places and learn new cultures.

Ben Alexander

VP of Learning & Development

Ben is originally from Buffalo, NY. He earned a BA in Biology from Kenyon College and an MS in Leadership from Boston University. Prior to Kenan-Flagler, he was a Special Operations Officer in the US Marine Corps with multiple deployments around the globe. Outside of Kenan-Flagler, Ben enjoys going on adventures, spending time with family, and various fitness related activities.

Deepen Doshi

VP of Learning & Development

Deepen grew up in India, but spent 10 years in Singapore studying and working. He graduated from National University of Singapore in Computer Science and started working for Credit Suisse. His journey with Credit Suisse across a variety of roles brought him from Singapore to New York in 2015 and to Raleigh, NC in 2016. At Kenan-Flagler, Deepen is VP Finance for IBA and VP West Coast Corporate Relations for BTC. Deepen is an avid sports fan, enjoys cooking and trying new restaurants anywhere.

Kyle Hastings

VP of Learning & Development

Kyle is originally from Herndon, VA.  He received his B.S. in Management from The United States Military Academy.  Prior to attending Kenan-Flagler, Kyle served as an Infantry and Special Forces Officer in the U.S. Army.  This summer he will be interning in Deloitte’s Charlotte office as part of their Strategy & Operations practice.  Outside school, Kyle enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and anything that provides an adrenaline rush.

Christina Keeley

VP of Learning & Development

Christina grew up on Long Island, New York and moved to Washington, DC to study international relations at American University. Prior to business school, Christina spent 8 years at the Chief Executives Organization, curating the educational content and coordinating the logistics for international events attended by business executives. At Kenan-Flagler, she is pursuing a concentration in Consulting and also currently serves as EVP for CWIB's annual conference. Outside of school, Christina enjoys hiking and brewery hopping with her husband, Ryan and their dogs, Savannah and Milton. She is passionate about animal welfare and volunteers monthly at two local animal shelters.

Prajit Ramaprasad

VP of Learning & Development

Prajit is coming to Chapel Hill from Arlington, Virginia. He earned his Bachelor's degree at George Mason University in Government and International Relations. Before business school, Prajit worked as a consultant at EMD Strategies, a firm that focuses on market research, capture management, and business development in the federal contracting space.  This upcoming summer he will be interning at Capital One in McLean, Virginia.  Outside of school and work, Prajit enjoys working out, cooking, and traveling.  

Nick Mezansky

VP of Off Campus and Strategy Recruiting

Nick grew up just outside New York City in Westchester County. After graduating from Miami University of Ohio's Farmer School of Business with a degree in Marketing, he spent the first 6 years of his career in Marketing roles in New York. Nick has experience working in Advertising with Fortune 500 consumer products clients, and in a more entrepreneurial capacity as the Marketing Director for Bronx Brewery - a regional beer brand based in NYC. At Kenan-Flagler, Nick balances concentrations in Management Consulting and Business Analytics & Science Management with responsibility as the Levin Legacy Representative and his lifelong Tarheel Basketball fandom.  

Ashley Persie

VP of Outreach

Ashley grew up in New Jersey and attended American University in Washington, D.C. where she studied film & media arts. Prior to pursuing her MBA at Kenan-Flagler, Ashley was a Brand Manager for truth®, the award-winning, national youth tobacco prevention campaign. When she’s not taking classes or supporting the Consulting Club, Ashley can be found running around Chapel Hill or convincing other people that they should sign up for a marathon.
