Neal Decroo | VP of Learning & Development | Neal is originally from Pittsburgh, PA and graduated from Penn State University in 2014 with a B.S. in Economics. Prior to business school, he spent five years at the Federal Reserve Board in Washington, D.C., first as a financial analyst and then as a project manager. When he’s not in class or on Zoom, Neal can be found golfing, watching any and all sports, at a brewery, or chasing his puppy around Chapel Hill. He will be interning with Bain in their Atlanta office for Summer 2021. |
